Procurement Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Create/edit: Items, vendors, Purchase orders, and Blanket Purchase Orders, in the ERP system.
• Follow up with vendors to avail packing details, technical documents, sample requirements and communicate regularly with respective teams.
• Coordinate internally to expedite approvals at every stage.
• Follow up with the supplier to get material in time and escalate to procurement managers timely to address any bottleneck.
• Follow up regularly with finance to ensure on-time payment to suppliers.
• Prepare daily MIS reports for relevant work and review them with the procurement manager.
• Short close orders and maintain clean dashboards in ERP.
• Review item/vendor master and block inactive items/vendors in ERP.
• Preparing the production request form getting the approvals from manager and coordinating with production team for processing the finished products.
• Coordinating with the customer support team to get the Blanket sales order, Sales order, Purchase requisition form.
• Coordinating with the supplier and logistics to get the shipping schedule and update the customer support team for the material readiness.
• To coordinate and provide documents, and information from suppliers to logistics and finance team if required for GRN and invoice posting.

Skills & Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of procurement support experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in updating ERP system.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchase order management.
