What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment. Responsible for accounting of goods and services, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving. Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end. The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices. Make payments using checks, wire, swift, direct debits etc. as part of invoice processing cycle. Additionally, execute manual payments and automated payment runs, run potential duplicate payments reports and take appropriate action and execute payment related controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance required
  • Min. 5 years of demonstrated work experience in PTP process with minimum of 3 years of people management experience
  • Strong Stakeholder management and communications skills, related process domain expertise and experience, supervisory skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate What are we looking for?
  • Responsible for managing the team s workload distribution, ensuring that all metrics are met, and issues are properly and promptly addressed.
  • Supervise, develop and motivate a team of PTP-Agents, setting objectives for each role to ensure that skill levels within the team are effectively utilized
  • Identify and monitor “at risk” Vendors and aged invoices
  • Work closely with key teams and stakeholders in mitigating payment risk
  • Collaborate with various internal business functions and external Vendors to resolve issues and to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Attend client meeting to discuss Payment performance and address issues as required
  • Preparation and consolidation of reports
  • Conduct weekly account analysis and prepare a report to be shared with the overall OTC Manager and Leadership Teams
  • Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction
