Role Description

The Process Trainer - US Recruitment will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our US recruitment team. This role involves onboarding new hires, conducting ongoing training sessions, and ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards


Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to US recruitment processes.

·        Conduct onboarding sessions for new recruitment team members.

·       Deliver ongoing training to enhance skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

·        Monitor and evaluate trainee performance; provide feedback and coaching.

·        Update training materials regularly to reflect process changes and industry best practices.

·        Collaborate with recruitment managers to identify training needs.

·        Maintain training records and generate reports on training effectiveness.

·        Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies during training.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·        Proven experience in US Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition.

·        Prior experience as a trainer or facilitator is preferred.

·        Strong knowledge of US employment laws, sourcing techniques, and ATS tools.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·        Ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences.

·        Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
