Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Staffing Manager at VIVA USA Inc.'s Chennai and Coimbatore location. The Director of Staffing will be responsible for overseeing staffing services, hiring, training, employee benefits, and recruiting activities on a day-to-day basis. This role involves managing over 100+ U.S. staffing recruiters and ensuring effective delivery of recruitment services to U.S. clients.


Key Responsibilities


Operations Management

o  Oversee daily operations of staffing activities ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.

o  Coordinate with the U.S. headquarters to sync on operational requirements and updates.

o  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that all recruitment activities meet or exceed agreed performance standards.

Team Management

o  Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment managers and team leaders at each location.

o  Work with leadership to organize training programs to enhance the skills of the recruitment team.

o  Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Strategic Leadership

o  Work with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness at both locations.

o  Ensure alignment of the recruitment strategies with the overall business objectives of the company.

o  Lead, inspire, and manage a large team to meet high recruitment standards and achieve set targets.

Quality Assurance

o  Implement quality control measures to ensure that the recruitment processes comply with the company’s and industry standards, as well as client expectations.

o  Regularly review and refine recruitment processes to improve quality and efficiency.

Reporting

o  Prepare and present detailed reports on the status of recruitment activities, resource utilization, and operational challenges. You will be required to submit a daily report to leadership on overall status of team performance

o  Work with leadership to analyze trends and market dynamics to forecast staffing needs and adjust strategies accordingly.

Additional Responsibilities

o  Work with leadership to create and foster a positive work culture in the office(s). The goal should be that employees come into work motivated and excited every day.

o  Work closely with struggling recruiters for at least 15 minutes each. This would require sitting next to the recruiter and working with them. Aim to work with at least 16 recruiters per day.

o  Train managers to coach recruiting staff on understanding of requirements, pay/bill rates, and how to converse with U.S. citizens. Aim to do this for 2 hours per day.

o  Work with the staffing proposal writing team when needed to help write RFx/RFP/RFQs.
