🚀 Join Khatabook as Trainer – Lending 📍Location : Jaipur Are you passionate about solving roadblocks & challenges faced by MSMEs in India ? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Lending Trainer cum Quality Analyst to support our rapidly growing lending vertical. This role combines learning & development with process quality monitoring to ensure that our operations teams are equipped, aligned, and compliant with internal standards and regulations. What would you do at Khatabook ? ✅Conduct comprehensive new hire trainings for lending operations team members. ✅Lead and monitor On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions to ensure real-time learning effectiveness. ✅Facilitate refresher trainings to enhance and reinforce existing knowledge and skills. ✅Organize and execute ad hoc or miscellaneous trainings based on operational or business needs. ✅Maintain and update the knowledge portal regularly with process documents, SOPs, and training materials. ✅Timely cascade of process updates to all stakeholders and ensure understanding and alignment. ✅Participate in calibration sessions with operations and compliance teams to maintain alignment on quality benchmarks. ✅Monitor and evaluate calls/processes to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. ✅Share feedback with respective team leads and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. ✅Assist in identifying process gaps and recommend corrective actions. 💼 Requirements: ✔️Proven experience in training and quality assurance, preferably within lending or MSME operations . ✔️Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skil l s.✔️Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and au di ts.✔️Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced envir onm ent.We're on a mission to digitally transform India's MSME sector.
