Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer to deliver training on end-to-end logistics operations, systems, and SOPs. The role involves upskilling operations staff, improving productivity, reducing errors, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and on-the-job logistics process training to new and existing employees
Train teams on warehouse operations, transportation, order fulfilment, documentation, and reverse logistics
Provide system training (WMS, TMS, ERP, scanning tools) and update materials as processes evolve
Develop training content including SOP guides, process flowcharts, manuals, and assessments
Monitor trainee performance, identify gaps, and conduct refresher sessions
Conduct post-training audits and ensure SOP adherence, safety, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Compliance teams to plan and execute training programs

Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in Logistics and/or Training roles
Proven experience as a Process Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Operations Lead
Strong understanding of logistics processes and systems (WMS, TMS, ERP)
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
Training certifications (preferred)
Experience handling large training batches (added advantage)
