Sales & Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured

  induction training

  for new sales team members.
• Train on

  product knowledge

  (packaging materials.
• Teach

  sales techniques

  : lead generation, client communication, objection handling, upselling & cross-selling.
• Train candidates on

  CRM tools, portals, and reporting systems

  .
• Monitor trainee performance, provide feedback, and prepare progress reports.
• Conduct refresher sessions for existing staff to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales Head/MD to align training with business goals.
• Maintain updated training material, presentations, and role-play modules.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred).

• 3–6 years

  of experience in sales training, preferably in

  e-commerce or B2B sales

  .
• Strong communication & presentation skills (Hindi & English).
• Experience in preparing training modules & delivering interactive sessions.
• Good knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and MS Office.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and build confidence in fresh hires.

Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience in

  manufacturing, packaging, or e-commerce industries

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.
