Role DescriptionThis is a full-time HR Partner - Support functions role located in Jaipur. The role involves managing HR functions related to HR management, policies, employee relations, and labor and employment law to support the business operations effectively. QualificationsExperience in Human Resources (HR) managementKnowledge of HR policies and practicesStrong understanding of employee relationsFamiliarity with labor and employment lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
