Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Process Trainer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team at KG Invicta Services (KGiS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and staffing, with excellent training and development skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective training programs for new hires and existing staff.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with the operations team to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to improve their performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in process training or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
