Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Trainer located in Gurgaon. The Process Trainer will identify training needs, develop and deliver new hire training programs, and conduct assessments to measure training effectiveness. This role involves creating and presenting training materials, and working closely with various departments to ensure training objectives are met.

Qualifications

Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills
Strong Presentation Skills and Communication Skills
Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in corporate training is a plus
