Job Description

As a Process Mining Consultant at Latinum, you will be responsible for driving Celonis-led implementation projects independently, ensuring time-bound delivery as per project schedule and with high quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deploy the Internal Control Framework for various functions - Contribute to RFP/RFQs, working closely with stakeholders to identify scope and create detailed plans for end-to-end implementation - Manage resource plans across projects and optimize allocations to meet demands - Proactively clear impediments, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and work with relevant teams to address them - Provide visibility to management around the status of deliverables, highlighting risks and needs for intervention - Facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to enable continuous learning and improvements - Develop a deep understanding of project needs and guide/motivate the team to accomplish goals - Review project deliverables and drive customer calls - Own and manage status reporting, dashboards, and executive reviews - Contribute to establishing program management practices, standards, and metrics - Plan, monitor, and track project budget and financial metrics **Qualification Required:** - Masters degree, preferably in SCM and Finance & Accounting (CA/CPA/MBA equivalent) - Strong domain knowledge in key areas of SCM (Plan, Buy, Make, Deliver & Enable) - Domain Certifications in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Credit Management, Order Management, etc. - Experience in process transformation and exposure to leading FinTech solutions - Program management experience in SCM/F&A Transition/RPA and other Business Improvement programs - Experience in Corporate Internal Controls in functions like AP, AR, and General Accounting - Basic knowledge of SQL along with proficiency in Digital Analytical Tools (Celonis, Power BI, Tableau) - Experience in SAP/Oracle ERP and proficient in Microsoft Office tools - Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into solution design conforming to system architecture - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results with attention to detail Please note, Latinum is a company that values expertise in supply chain management, financial processes, and program/project management.
