Build trusted relationships with C-level and operational stakeholder Requirements Bachelor’s degree + MBA (required). 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or process improvement roles. Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Process Mining (Celonis preferred). Familiarity with AI solutions and their application in business process automation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical direction and project execution.
