PROCESS MINING MODELLING DEVELOPERS

In this role at Ofi, you will be a Process Mining and Process Modelling Developer responsible for driving insights and improvements through advanced process mining techniques, primarily using Celonis. Your main tasks will include designing, developing, and optimizing process mining solutions, creating and maintaining process models, analyzing process performance, and recommending improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate insights to stakeholders through workshops, dashboards, and reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and optimize process mining solutions to support continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives - Develop, configure, and customize process modeling / BPMN / CPM solutions to support process mapping and analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective process mining analyses and visualizations - Create and maintain end-to-end process models to map current and future-state business processes - Analyze process performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-backed improvements - Deliver workshops, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Process Mining Tools (Celonis/Signavio) - Exposure to BPMN / CPM process modeling tools like ARIS and have experience with implementation of process modelling tools like ARIS and KPI monitoring with analysis - Experience in Process Modelling tools - Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and process management methodologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills in English If you choose to join Ofi, you can expect a multicultural and flexible work environment, opportunities to grow within international transformation projects, a dynamic team, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
