The employee's prime responsibility is to work on the input received from the respective country Compensation and Benefits team in timely and accurate manner. Ensure all KPIs are met as per SLA. Provide administrative and analytical support to Management. Manage day to day deliverables, ensure no backlogs created. Identifies training needs for the associates/team members. Participates in internal & external governance by adhering governance models applicable at a process level. Diagnosis the gaps in existing process, identifies opportunity for improvement and implements the re-engineering initiatives in order to meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis. Your success is grounded in:
Hand on Experience in Microsoft office, SAP, Workday. Should have good communication skill and build rapport with the Customers. Quality oriented. The person should check the output file before delivering back to the customer. It would be good if the person has some background about Incentive payment (Bonus) process. Should be proactive to identify the missing data and ensure to get this from the respective customer. Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives and assist with system integration/automation.
