Process Engineer

• Possesses experience within own discipline, as well as a working understanding of fundamental concepts and processes.
• Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.

• Familiarity with production processes in multiple domains.

• Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments.

• Performs a variety of routine tasks or assignments.
• May train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.

• Developing problem-solving skills to tackle more complex issues independently. Breaks down complex issues into smaller issues.
  

• Taking ownership of larger work packages and delivering small improvements with minimal guidance.
• Contributes to the production process design within the assigned scope.

What You'll Do

• You would be exposed to the Process engineering technique, working to support build quality SD/HD maps. You will work towards designing, requirement sharing with engineering stakeholders, test the developed tools/processes, deployment followed by implementation. Continuously providing feedback and improvements expected to the owned process.

• Basic six sigma methodology, analytical(Big data), effective communication, Stakeholder management, Conceptualization, requirement handling & prioritization, Adaptive to changes.
