Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Quality Control and Testing In-Charge to lead quality assurance across our production process. This role ensures that all raw materials, in-process blends, and final products meet our internal specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control protocols for raw materials and final products. Oversee and conduct sampling and testing of products. Operate and maintain QC lab equipment. Record, analyse, and report quality data; identify trends and recommend corrective/preventive actions. Ensure consistency in raw material and finished goods. Conduct root cause analysis of defects or product failures and implement corrective measures. Interface with production, R&D, and external testing agencies for continuous quality improvement. Manage documentation required for certifications, audits, and regulatory compliance. Train production staff on in-line inspection techniques and basic quality checkpoints.
