As a Paper Innovation Associate at Craste, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development of the company's products and ensure their scalability to factory levels. You will collaborate closely with the product development team to guarantee that the product meets specifications and is ready for factory production. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing new products and enhancing existing ones through research and development. - Conducting experiments and tests to maintain quality standards of the products. - Documenting the product development process comprehensively. - Collaborating with various departments to align the product with customer requirements. - Providing technical support during the scale-up and production phases. - Analyzing raw material properties and final product characteristics. - Training personnel on laboratory equipment usage and process machinery. - Integrating new findings into product development strategies through cross-functional teamwork. - Documenting experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately. - Assisting in prototype trials and pilot-scale production runs. - Conducting research on product development and staying updated on sustainable materials and technologies trends.
