Hi, We Have Job opportunity with Leading Food Processed Company for Export Sales manager(Processed fruits), Guntur Location. Position: Export Sales Manager(Processed fruits) Location: Guntur Department: Sales General Description The Export Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets. This role involves managing relationships with global clients, overseeing export operations, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, internal SOPs and achieving revenue targets. The Export Sales Manager will also lead a team and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Growth: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive export growth. • Identify new business opportunities in international markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and agents. • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements. • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. 2. Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients. • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently. • Ensure strong after-sales support and customer satisfaction. • Organize and attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. 3. Export Operations: • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, tariffs, and export regulations. • Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for seamless deliveries. • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure alignment. 4. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities • Monitor sales performance and profitability of export markets. • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. • Analyse pricing strategies and adjust based on market conditions.
