Role & Responsibilities

• Thermal design of Fired Heater in respective software.
• Sizing of Fans, Pumps, Burners, dampers, ducts, piping, safety valves,
• Preparing Specifications and review offer for fans, pumps, burners, dampers, auxiliaries
• Proposal and contract stage P&ID, PFD, GA, datasheet preparation
• Read Tender Specification and prepare clarifications and deviations. Note budget points.
• Prepare Bill of materials for purpose of budgeting
• Prepare instrumentation data for control valves, pressure, temperature and flow instruments.
  

Required Skills & Critical Competencies

• Understanding of Thermodynamics, Heat transfer and Fluid Mechanics related to boiler
• Basic Understanding of Fired Heater auxiliaries
• Basic Understanding of Fired heater construction,
• Basic Understanding of Fired heater operation
• Basic Understanding of Fired heater erection
• Basic Understanding of Fired heater commissioning activities
  

Requirement

• B.E/B. Tech - Mechanical /Chemical
• Experience – 3 to 6 years
