Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement in productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Prepare process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Monitor daily plant performance and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Support new product development and process validation activities.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth process operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Provide technical support during equipment installation, commissioning, and trials.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to process parameters, improvements, and audits.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of process design, control systems, and production equipment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Office and process simulation tools (if applicable).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in process engineering or production in a manufacturing setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
