Job Description

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and checking new process designs, PFDs, and QM Plans. You will analyze RFQs to determine manufacturing feasibility and outsourcing opportunities. Additionally, your role will involve developing and reviewing process designs for precision grinding, honing, and assembly. Quality assurance during production and record maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial for you to develop synergy among manufacturing, QA, maintenance, and supply chain departments. Key Responsibilities: - Create and check new process designs, PFDs, and QM Plans - Analyze RFQs for manufacturing feasibility and outsourcing opportunities - Develop and review process designs for precision grinding, honing, and assembly - Ensure quality assurance during production and maintain records - Foster synergy among manufacturing, QA, maintenance, and supply chain departments Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of bearing manufacturing processes such as grinding, superfinishing, and assembly - Proficiency in NC Programming, SPC, MSA, and GD&T - Familiarity with TS16949 requirements - Ability to perform APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plan,
