Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Analyze data to optimize process performance and reduce costs.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.
Train and guide junior engineers on process design and implementation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in process engineering with a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including safety protocols.
