Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Conduct experiments and tests to validate new processes and technologies.
Analyze data and metrics to optimize process performance and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in process engineering with a strong understanding of chemical principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
