Process Engineer

1.Job Objective :-
To optimize and standardize production processes, improve efficiency, ensure consistent product quality, and maintain compliance with all safety and environmental standards within the manufacturing unit.

2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-

1. Conducting PFMEA, PFD, DFM, Risk Analysis. 2. Conducting DFM with external customers 3. Conduct Layout Inspection, MSA, & SPC 4. Problem Solving with Tools like 8D, Why-Why, 7QC Tools, etc. 5. Conduct Process Audits 6. Process Validation / Machine Validation 7. Change Management Implementation 8. Ensuring Project development activities as per APQP 9. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality. 10. Coordinate between different manufacturing processes to ensure seamless execution.

3.Qualification & Experience Required :-

1. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production 2. 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in new part development, preferably in automotive or precision manufacturing. 3. Skilled in customer and supplier interaction, including technical discussions, audits, and complaint resolution. 4. Expertise in handling and interpreting data from precision inspection instruments such as CMM, profile projector, surface tester, height gauge, etc. 5. Knowledge of all Quality Core Tools APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC. 6. Strong working knowledge of High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), Painting, and Machining processes including process optimization and troubleshooting.

4.Personal Characteristic :- 1. Effective communication skill (Written and verbal). 2. Work as a CFT member/ Good Team player. 3. Good learning skill & hard working.

Location: At Manufacturing plants and Office Facilities situated in Chakan, Pune.
