Job Description

Strong background of metallurgy (academic qualification must be in metallurgy related discipline. Preferably masters degree) Thorough awareness of new production development cycle (APQP) In depth knowledge of sand types/sand properties Hands-on experience of sand-casting part development (minimum 15 years of experience in sand casting industry) Troubleshooting typical casting defects and countermeasures required for rejection reduction Thorough know how of methoding, gates, riser design Verification of Magma results, their interpretation, and necessary countermeasures.
