AREAS OF EXPERTIES: Contract management and execution of sales orders with technical, commercial expertise. Arranging Internal/customer kick-off meetings. Order Entry preparation in ERP System. Customer documentation submission and getting Approval from customer within stipulated time period. Follow up and expedite sub-ordering as per budget to avoid budget over run. Coordinate with customer for amendments & approvals on change orders. Maintain professional relationships with clients and monitor all participation projects to ensure adherence to all methods and standards. Administrative functions in respect of contractual and technical matters. Managing project requirements and ensuring various outstanding milestone is tracked. Prepare and review monthly and quarterly sales activity and update reports. Coordinate delivery of project outcomes that align with project plans. Highlight project implementation issues and deviations from plans in project reports and meetings. Conduct nd attend weekly in-house meetings with operation team regarding project work-in-progress. Proactively work with management to achieve planned project schedule stated in contracts. Develop effective working relations with all internal and external customers and key suppliers/contractors to ensure effective customer and colleague support. Coordinate with customer for arranging inspection and dispatch clearance expedition. Submission of Bank Guarantees, Invoices for advance as well as final payments and ensure collection of payments from customer on time. Prepare documentation in support of project closure (Final Documentation). Co-ordinate with customer and logistics team for Packing & Dispatch of materials in time. Effective co-ordination with sales & marketing for customer feedback/complaints, product innovation and scheduling improvements for growth of organisation.
