Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

• Experience in handling clients and client relationship directly.
• Hands on experience in End-to-end Recruitment process.
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, and their work culture and environment.
• Should be able to do market research and benchmarking and competitor analysis.
• Collaborated with the various stakeholders to understand hiring needs, identifying key skills in the requirement and sourcing right fit for the need.
• Hands on experience in using various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn as well as referrals, internal database etc.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
• Having exposure on an ATS (Application Tracking System) will be an advantage.
• Adhere to the cycle TAT and close positions within the limited period assigned maintaining the proper quality parameters.
• Should be able to write and post technical/niche job descriptions on portals.
• Should be able to effectively utilize various sourcing channels and source potential candidates for niche requirements.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, Teams meeting, zoom, etc.).
• Good written and communication skills; ability to write good crisp emails as a client serving consultant.
• Expertise in offer negotiation, post offer interaction, follow-up with the candidate and client till the closure & managing the Post Selection process.
• Experience on office tools, PPTs and excel.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Years of Experience- 3-8 Years

Mode- Work from Office Kharadi Area; flexible employment and working rules

Recruitment Experience in BFSI, MFG, ITES, Industrial Materials, Engineering, Power Generation, Renewables industries will be preferred.

Experience of Client Management will be an added advantage.
