Process Coordinator

We are hiring an *Office Process Coordinator* to streamline and manage daily office operations for our School Uniform and Fabric business. The role involves coordination between departments, order tracking, documentation, vendor/customer communication, and ensuring smooth backend support to the sales and production teams. ### *Key Responsibilities:* * Coordinate between sales, production, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing. * Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, sales orders, and dispatch logs. * Follow up with vendors, customers, and internal staff for updates and pending tasks. * Ensure timely documentation such as invoices, packing slips, delivery notes, and confirmations. * Monitor and track inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse/store. * Support sales team with backend office work such as quotations, order entry,and data updates. * Prepare regular MIS reports and share operational updates with management. * Handle customer queries related to delivery timelines, order status, or documentation. * Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy record keeping and compliance. * Ensure process adherence and suggest improvements for better efficiency. ### *Requirements:* * 1–3 years of experience in office coordination or back-office operations. * Experience in textile, garment, or uniform industry is a plus. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and basic ERP or billing systems. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail. * Graduate in any discipline.
