Job Summary

The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving business processes to ensure smooth operations, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day process activities across teams
  • Monitor process workflows and ensure adherence to defined procedures
  • Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and reports
  • Track performance metrics and share regular updates with management
  • Support training and onboarding on process guidelines
  • Act as a point of contact for process-related queries
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-ups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
