Job Description

Job Title: Process CoordinatorJob Summary

The Process Coordinator supports business operations by monitoring workflows, analyzing data, and improving processes for efficiency and accuracy. This role relies heavily on Microsoft Excel to track performance, prepare reports, and support decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Collect, organize, and analyze process data using Microsoft Excel
  • Create and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance reports
  • Use formulas, pivot tables, and data validation to identify trends and inefficiencies
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process updates
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly management reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all process documentation
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory), including:
  • Advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS)
  • Pivot tables and pivot charts
  • Data cleaning and formatting
  • Basic macros or Power Query (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in process coordination, operations, or data analysis
  • Familiarity with process mapping or continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma – a plus)
  • Experience working with ERP or workflow management systems

Tools & Systems

  • Microsoft Excel (advanced level required)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Process documentation tools and reporting systems
