Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet process goals
  

Required Skills & Qualification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi or English
• Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational offs
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• For Kolkata -UG/Graduate both can apply
