Job Description

As a Principal at Cedar Management Consulting, your primary accountabilities will include client relationship management, delivery leadership, business development, and team management. This role entails establishing strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities, converting sales, and providing delivery leadership. Engagements will be focused on the banking & financial services industry, involving active interactions with CXO/Senior-level client personnel. You will be required to demonstrate strong skills in issue identification, solution development, and leadership presentations. Our FS practice covers a range of programs in Strategy formulation, Business, Process, and Organization transformation, and Technology transformation, including program management of leading technology solutions. A good understanding of the financial and banking technology domain is essential, with experience in Retail, Corporate, and Digital banking being particularly valuable. International experience will be considered a plus.
