## Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Coordinator to join our CBSE school. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a B.Ed. qualification, and at least 2 years of prior experience as a Coordinator or in a similar role. The Primary Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the primary division, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a conducive learning environment.

## Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Principal, HODs, and other in-charges to ensure the smooth functioning of the school according to its Vision, Mission, and School Improvement Plan.
  • Academic Planning: Coordinate and oversee the implementation of academic programs and initiatives for classes 1-5, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the school's curriculum.
  • Design, implement, and review the school's Annual Plan, academic calendar, timetable, teacher class allocation, and resource allocation in consultation with the Principal.
  • Teacher Support and Training: Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to teachers, assisting them in implementing effective pedagogical practices, instructional techniques, and assessment methods.
  • Student Assessment & Data Analysis: Develop and implement assessment strategies in association with exam in-charges and school leaders to evaluate student progress and learning outcomes.
  • Analyse the performance of the teachers and provide feedback to teachers and administrators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance student achievement and academic performance.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Foster collaborative relationships with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive learning environment, address concerns, and ensure effective communication.
  • Student Support: Work closely with teachers, counsellors, and support staff to identify and address the specific academic needs of students, including those requiring additional support or having special educational requirements.
  • Program Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of academic programs, instructional materials, and teaching methodologies to assess their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of school policies related to academics, grading, promotion, and other academic-related matters.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, organizing academic events, managing budgets for academic resources, and maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on current educational trends, research, and best practices through professional development activities.
