The Opportunity

Position: President of Business Development – Reports to the CEO

Location: Mumbai

To accelerate their next phase of growth, we are seeking a visionary President of Business Development

The ideal candidate will:

• Spearhead national expansion strategies across diverse sectors
• Forge high-value partnerships with government, institutional, and private stakeholders
• Lead a high-performance BD team with a focus on long-term value creation
• Translate sustainability and tech-led solutions into compelling business narratives
• Drive revenue growth while deepening the company’s footprint across India
• Responsible for Business Development and Sales in Corporate as well as Government segments in accordance with the organization’s vision and strategic directions to achieve strategic objectives such as Top Line Growth and Gross Margin.
• Responsible to support for smooth execution of key Government projects and collection of payments through communication and coordination with Customer and relevant internal functions. (Supporting role)
• Responsible for Achievement of Business objectives such as Revenue Growth and Gross Margin (EBIDTA) through effective deployment of BMS and Strategic Business Plan (SBP);
• Design Strategic Marketing plan /budget.

Requirement

• Post-Graduate in Management with 18-20 Years of strong experience in Sales, Business Development from service industry preferably from Organization & Maintenance or Facility Management organizations.
