Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Presales Specialist. The Presales Specialist will support sales teams by providing specialist knowledge and expertise during the sales process. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, developing and delivering presentations, understanding customer requirements, and responding to RFPs. The role also includes analyzing data to understand client needs and providing consulting and customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to understand client requirements
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Consulting experience, particularly in presales scenarios
• Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships and support clients
• Experience in Presales and the ability to conduct product demonstrations and respond to RFPs
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
