The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, explaining our offerings, scheduling demo sessions, following up on leads, and helping individuals choose the right learning path with Oratrics.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, messages, and emailsExplain course offerings, features, and value propositions clearlySchedule and confirm demo sessions with prospective clientsFollow up with leads to drive conversionsMaintain accurate records of communication and sales activitiesMeet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targetsCollaborate with team members and participate in regular trainingQualificationsStrong communication and persuasion skillsAbility to understand client needs and offer tailored solutionsTarget-driven with a problem-solving attitudePrior experience in inside sales, customer service, or telecalling is a plusComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shift flexibilityBasic computer skills and CRM usage familiarityA bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
