About the Role:

Presales Specialist / Proposal Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission.
• Work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to gather necessary inputs for RFPs/RFIs and client proposals.
• Prepare and structure proposal responses, executive summaries, and supporting documentation that align with client requirements.
• Develop reusable proposal templates, case studies, and capability decks.
• Ensure all proposals are compliant, high-quality, and submitted within deadlines.
• Conduct market and client research to support solution positioning and value propositions.
• Manage documentation for presales activities and maintain a repository of past proposals and responses.
• Support client presentations, bid defense meetings, and internal reviews as needed.
• Track proposal progress, submission timelines, and post-submission follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field).
• 3–6 years of experience in presales, proposal coordination, bid management, or similar roles in IT/Technology services.
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and proposal best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and documentation tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global clients (especially in the US regions).
• Familiarity with CRM and proposal management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, RFPIO, Zbizlink).
• Exposure to IT services, consulting, or product-based presales.
