Job Description

As a Pre-Sales - Solution Lead with 7 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to craft winning RFP responses for the BFS vertical. Your key responsibilities will include: - Architecting scalable cost-effective IT solutions tailored to client requirements. - Driving value proposition narratives. - Owning end-to-end RFP/RFI response creation, including executive summary, technical solution, delivery model, governance, KPIs, and pricing. - Leading oral presentations to articulate solution value. - Conducting client workshops and due diligence on book of work transition & business transformation. - Having work experience on development, maintenance, and support (ADMS) and agile projects. - Demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Handling multi-million-dollar deals and global delivery models. - Having proven experience with Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) RFPs along with exposure to new technologies. - Background in a services-based organization. You will be based in PAN India and will be an integral part of the team that excels in providing innovative solutions for clients in the BFS vertical.,
