Job Description

* Partner with the sales team to deliver a high-quality experience to prospects and customers across engagement, acquisition, and onboarding stages.

* Lead product demonstrations and technical discussions with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Technology teams at the prospects end.

 * Identify business challenges, uncover needs, and propose tailored solutions backed by relevant use cases and success stories.

* Position Netcore as the ideal choice for customer engagement, personalization, and onsite search through clear articulation of capabilities and differentiators.

* Understand the prospect s existing tech stack and recommend the best integration approach for Netcore s Customer Engagement and/or Search Platform.

* Respond to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs with accurate, high-quality inputs. Build quick prototypes, proof-of-concepts, or custom demo flows to support deal progression.

* Gather market intelligence and feedback from prospects/customers to influence product roadmap, implementation planning, and GTM strategy.

* Champion best practices, automation, and innovative approaches in Pre-Sales and solutioning especially around marketing technology and AI-led capabilities.

* Act as the regional go-to expert for all solutioning needs, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

 * B.E./B.Tech and/or MBA (Sales / Marketing preferred).

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or related roles in the SaaS/MarTech/CPaaS/CRM ecosystem.

 * Strong communication and storytelling skills both verbal and written to engage business and technical stakeholders.

* Expertise in delivering compelling presentations, managing RFP/RFQ responses, and conducting solution deep-dives.

* Hands-on experience with prototyping tools or building basic demos is a strong advantage.

 * Understanding of cloud-native platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and modern marketing stacks.

* Familiarity with MarTech trends, AI/ML-driven personalization, bots, CDPs, and customer journey orchestration is a plus.

 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
