Job Description

Job Role: Pre-Sales Executive

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initial Sales Pitches:

    • Lead first contact and introductory sales pitches to potential clients, presenting the value of our products and solutions.
    • Clearly communicate how our solutions address client needs, setting the foundation for deeper technical discussions.
  2. Lead Technical Sales Discussions:

    • Conduct in-depth technical discussions with prospects to understand their requirements and pain points.
    • Offer technical expertise during sales meetings to help prospects understand how our solutions align with their business objectives.
  3. Internal Coordination and Requirement Gathering:

    • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of client requirements and expectations.
    • Follow up with the technical team regularly to clarify and validate requirements and ensure alignment with proposed solutions.
  4. Proposal Creation and Customization:

    • Develop and present high-quality, customized proposals that are based on the clients requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and feasible within the companys capabilities.
    • Tailor proposals to address specific customer pain points and ensure competitive pricing.
  5. RFP Management:

    • Read, analyze, and fully understand customer RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
    • Lead the response process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant technical, functional, and pricing information.
    • Prepare, review, and submit well-structured responses to RFPs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
  6. Technical Sales Presentations and Demos:

    • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients, showcasing the unique features and advantages of our solutions.
    • Tailor demos to address specific client needs and use cases, ensuring relevance and impact.
  7. Negotiation and Deal Structuring:

    • Lead pricing and contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
    • Collaborate with sales and legal teams to ensure smooth deal closure, addressing any contract or technical concerns.
  8. Managing Authorized Partners and Sales Affiliates:

    • Work closely with authorized partners and sales affiliates across the globe  across the globe to drive sales opportunities and expand the market presence.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to sell effectively.
    • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with sales targets and goals.
  9. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
    • Be a go-to technical advisor throughout the sales process, providing clarity on product benefits and capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, ideally within [industry-specific context, e.g., IT solutions, enterprise software, etc.].
  • Strong technical knowledge in [relevant areas such as AI, cloud computing, enterprise software, etc.].
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and understanding the technical requirements of prospective clients.
  • Expertise in creating and delivering impactful technical presentations and product demos.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to align on technical and commercial terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and product teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
