Job Description

Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts such as License agreement, service agreement, vendor agreement, alliance agreements etc.

Drafting of consultant agreement, employment agreement, consent letters etc.
Experience in drafting policies such as privacy policy, CCPA , GDPR and DPDP policies.
Coordinating with external counsel, advising and assisting the company in filing Intellectual Property documents.
