Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing:

  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries (calls, emails, website forms, social media).
  • Understand client requirements in detail to identify suitable property options (residential, commercial, plots, etc.).
  • Provide comprehensive information about projects, locations, pricing, amenities, and developer details.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, preference, timeline, and other key criteria to pass on to the sales team.
  • Nurture leads through regular follow-ups to maintain interest and gather additional information.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build initial rapport with potential clients, ensuring a positive first impression of Swastik Shelters.
  • Address client queries and provide accurate, up-to-date information about properties and market trends.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
  • Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, new project launches, and pricing in Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of various property types and developer portfolios.
  • Database Management:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, communication logs, and lead statuses.
  • Generate reports on lead activities and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client journey.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Presales, Inside Sales, or Tele-sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and email.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen interest in real estate and an eagerness to learn.
