Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Presales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial role in understanding their real estate needs, providing initial information about various properties, and qualifying leads for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong passion for the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries (calls, emails, website forms, social media). Understand client requirements in detail to identify suitable property options (residential, commercial, plots, etc.). Provide comprehensive information about projects, locations, pricing, amenities, and developer details. Qualify leads based on budget, preference, timeline, and other key criteria to pass on to the sales team. Nurture leads through regular follow-ups to maintain interest and gather additional information. Client Relationship Management: Build initial rapport with potential clients, ensuring a positive first impression of Swastik Shelters. Address client queries and provide accurate, up-to-date information about properties and market trends. Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team. Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, new project launches, and pricing in Gurugram and Delhi NCR. Maintain a strong understanding of various property types and developer portfolios. Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, communication logs, and lead statuses. Generate reports on lead activities and conversion rates. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a Presales, Inside Sales, or Tele-sales role, preferably within the real estate industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and email. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to transform manual consulting into a scalable, digital-first experience. We are seeking a visionary tech co-founder to join us on this exciting journey. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the tech initiatives right from the ground up. This includes building the core lending platform, which encompasses the development of the dashboard, borrower flow, and partner portal. You will also play a key role in integrating APIs with digital lenders, NBFCs, and financial data partners, as well as managing all backend and frontend systems. Additionally, you will be instrumental in making critical product and tech decisions that will drive scalability and innovation. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong background in backend frameworks such as Node.js, Python, or Django. Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and working with third-party integrations, particularly financial APIs, is essential. Experience with Fintech/Lending, Perfios, Digilocker, CRIF, or NBFC APIs would be a significant advantage.
