Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
Explain property details, project features, pricing, and financing options to prospective clients.
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and readiness to purchase.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
Provide feedback to management on client requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
