Job Description

Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via
calls, emails, and web chats
Schedule appointments and follow-ups
Ensure a high level of
customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience:
1- 4 years in
customer support, sales, or pre-sales
(Freshers are not eligible)
Languages:
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
is mandatory
Qualification:
Any graduate
Age Limit:
Up to 32 years
Location:
Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Week Off:
Rotational (
only between Monday to Thursday due to weekend workload
)

Salary:

Depends on
last drawn salary
and
interview performance
We offer a
decent hike
over your current salary

The
maximum CTC is 3.7 LPA
