Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound leads related to real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and suggest property solutions accordingly.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and sales teams.
Maintain accurate follow-up details and ensure timely client conversions.
Build strong rapport with potential buyers to create lasting relationships.
Update all data in CRM and align closely with marketing and sales departments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

13 years of experience in
pre-sales, inside sales, or telecalling
(preferably in real estate).
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable using
CRM tools
, Excel, and lead tracking software.
Dynamic personality with sales aptitude and customer-focus attitude.
