About the Role:

Presales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Consulting & Discovery:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, requirements, and goals.
  
• Conduct discovery sessions and map needs to tailored product or service solutions.
  
• Design and propose architectures, workflows, and configurations based on customer use cases.
  

Product Demonstration & Value Articulation:

• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
  
• Communicate the

  business value and technical capabilities

  of solutions to diverse audiences (technical, executive, operational).
• Customize presentations and demos to suit industry or client-specific needs.
  

Proposal Support & Documentation:

• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation.
  
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create client-focused pitch decks, case studies, and solution briefs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a specific domain (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, CRM/ERP, FinTech, etc.).
  
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Consultant, or equivalent.
  
• Prior experience with demo tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and proposal automation tools.
  
• Exposure to consultative or solution-selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
