Presales Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for presales of software solutions, with a focus on analyzing customers' business needs and converting them into viable technical solutions. Your role will require relevant industry experience in sectors such as Banking, Enterprise, SSC, Healthcare, or Insurance. A passion for ECM, BPM, and related solutions is essential. As an MBA with 2-10 years of experience in Presales or as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, you will leverage your excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to succeed in this role. Being a techno-functional consultant, you will work on products and solutions, conducting demos and PoCs, and showcasing your extroverted, team-player, self-starting, and proactive nature. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively position Newgen's Solution using industry/domain expertise and business knowledge. - Collaborate with the sales team to address customer queries with deep product expertise. - Conduct Proof of Concepts to demonstrate how Newgen's solution meets customer requirements. - Ensure compliance with legal & commercial terms, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, BOM, etc. - Deliver demos of Newgen products, develop a strong understanding of competitive products, and effectively position Newgen in the market. Qualification Required: - A keen interest in a pre-sales role and the associated responsibilities and challenges. - Good understanding of ECM and BPM products. - Experience in working with products and solutions. - Knowledge of Newgen competitors is desired.
