Regional Design and Presales Consultant (Audio-Visual)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Regional Design and Presales Consultant to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will support sales and delivery teams by designing scalable AV/UC solutions for enterprise clients across the region. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, developing technical designs, and supporting the sales process through to project handover.

The ideal candidate will have a strong AV technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Occasional regional travel may be required for client meetings, site visits, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional sales teams to design tailored AV/UC solutions for enterprise customers.
• Develop system architectures covering video conferencing, collaboration tools, control systems, digital signage, and audio systems.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution demos to understand business needs and present technical concepts effectively.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs by preparing technical documentation, drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and detailed scopes of work.
• Translate customer requirements into comprehensive and scalable technical solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the transition of projects to delivery teams for smooth implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in AV/UC platforms such as

  Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco, Neat, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

• Solid background in

  presales solution design

  , including system diagrams, floorplans, and rack layouts using tools such as

  AutoCAD, Visio, and D-Tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven consultative skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities to support multiple opportunities across the region.
• Relevant certifications such as

  CTS-D, CTS-I,

  or vendor-specific certifications are highly desirable.
