Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads and generate appointments for the sales team

- Assist in pre-sales campaigns, digital marketing lead management, and database management

- Timely responses to customer queries and deliver high-quality customer service

- Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Under graduates and Graduate degree (any discipline)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated

-Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

* Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or telesales will be an added advantage

* We welcome freshers

* Monday fix off

* Shift - 9AM to 6PM
